Terms For Research-Use Purchases
These Terms & Conditions govern every purchase made through this website and every visit to it. Physix Bio ("we," "us," "our") sells research and laboratory materials, and using this site or buying from us means you're agreeing to everything below. If any part of this doesn't work for you, the site isn't for you, and you should stop here.
You need to be at least 18 years old and able to legally enter into a contract to use this site or place an order. When you set up an account, the information you give us needs to be accurate and current, and you're responsible for keeping your login secure. If we suspect fraud, false information, misuse of the site, or a breach of these terms, we can cancel an order, suspend or close your account, or cut off access entirely.
2. Research Use Only, No Exceptions
Every product on this site is sold strictly for laboratory and research purposes. Nothing here is meant for human or animal consumption, therapeutic use, diagnosis, treatment, veterinary use, compounding, food, cosmetics, or dietary supplements, and by ordering from us you're confirming that's how you intend to use it.
What you do with a product once it ships is on you. That includes handling, storing, and disposing of it safely and legally, in line with the relevant Safety Data Sheet, Certificate of Analysis, your institution's own policies, and whatever laws apply to you.
We don't make medical, therapeutic, or diagnostic claims about anything we sell, and nothing on this site has been evaluated by the FDA or any other regulatory body.
Before you can complete a purchase, you'll be asked to check a box confirming the following certification. This is a separate, active confirmation required at checkout, in addition to your agreement to these Terms.
RESEARCH-USE CERTIFICATION
I certify that I am purchasing these products solely for legitimate laboratory research, analytical testing, or in vitro research conducted by or on behalf of a qualified research entity.
I certify that these products will not be used for human or veterinary consumption, administration, injection, ingestion, diagnosis, treatment, disease prevention, cosmetic use, personal experimentation, or any other bodily application.
I understand that my order may be rejected or canceled if the information provided indicates personal, therapeutic, medical, or other non-research use.
4. Ordering, Pricing & Availability
What's listed on the site, including price and stock, can change without warning. We can limit how much you buy, pull a product entirely, or cancel an order, and we don't need a reason to do it.
If something's mispriced or listed wrong because of a system error, we're allowed to fix it and cancel any order affected, and we'll try to let you know when that happens.
Peptides come out of production in batches, so small lot-to-lot variation within normal analytical tolerances is expected. Any Certificate of Analysis we give you is specific to the lot you actually received.
5. Payments, Taxes & Chargebacks
Your payment is handled by the third-party payment platform you choose at checkout. We don't store your full payment details ourselves.
Prices are in U.S. dollars unless we say otherwise, and any tax, duty, or fee not already collected at checkout is your responsibility to cover.
If you try to pay fraudulently or abuse the chargeback process, we can suspend your account and look into it, and we'll contest any chargeback we think is unwarranted.
We try to get orders out quickly, but any delivery window we give you is an estimate, not a promise, and things like weather, carrier delays, holidays, and customs can push it back.
Once a carrier has your package, it's yours, risk and all. If shipping insurance is offered, we'd suggest taking it.
Getting your shipping address right is on you. We won't cover the cost of a delay, a lost package, or anything else caused by a wrong address or carrier error.
If you're ordering from outside the U.S., any import permit, customs duty, tax, or local law compliance is your responsibility, and we're not on the hook for anything customs holds, delays, or seizes.
Look over your order as soon as it shows up. If something's damaged, missing, or wrong, reach out within three (3) business days of delivery with photos and your order details. After that window, we'll treat the order as accepted.
8. Returns & Refunds
All sales are final. Because of what we sell, we don't take returns, do exchanges, or issue refunds once an order's been placed, aside from what's covered under the warranty below.
Our warranty is narrow: we promise that at the moment your order ships, the product matches the specifications published for that lot. If that turns out to be false, your only remedy is a replacement or a refund of what you paid, whichever we choose.
Beyond that one promise, everything is sold as is and as available. We're not making any other warranties, stated or implied, and that includes the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
To whatever extent the law lets us, we're not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, or lost use of anything.
However a claim against us adds up, our total liability will never be more than what you paid for the specific product the claim is about.
You agree to cover us, defend us, and hold us harmless against any claim, liability, damage, or cost that comes from how you handle, store, use, or resell what you bought, or from you breaking these terms.
Bundle pricing only applies to the actual bundle listing. Buying the same items separately doesn't get you the bundle price. Discount codes and promotions don't stack unless we specifically say they do, and we can change or pull any promotion whenever we want.
Everything on this site, text, product photos, logos, Certificates of Analysis, belongs to Physix Bio or whoever licensed it to us, and it's protected under intellectual property law. Copying it, scraping it, reverse-engineering it, or pulling it with automated tools isn't allowed without our written permission first.
If you leave a review or post something else on the site, it needs to be lawful and can't step on anyone else's rights. Posting it gives us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use and display it.
Whatever local, state, federal, or institutional law applies to buying, holding, using, reselling, moving, or disposing of our products is your responsibility to follow. You also agree not to export or re-export anything you buy from us in a way that violates U.S. export control or sanctions law.
14. Governing Law and Where Disputes Get Resolved
These Terms are governed by U.S. law and the law of the State of Wyoming, regardless of conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute goes exclusively to the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, and by using the site you're agreeing to that jurisdiction.
15. Updates, Enforceability, and Transfer
We can update these Terms whenever we want by posting a new version with a new "Last Updated" date. If a court finds part of these Terms unenforceable, everything else still stands. We can transfer our rights and obligations under these Terms to someone else; you can't transfer yours without getting our written permission first.

Statements on this site have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
Physix Bio is a chemical supplier. Physix Bio is not a compounding pharmacy or chemical compounding facility as defined under Section 503A of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act, and is not an outsourcing facility as defined under Section 503B of the same Act.
