    I don't know how to use a product, can you help?

    Our peptides are sold for scientific research use only. We don't include or provide handling or usage instructions, and any indication of improper use, as outlined in our Terms of Use, may result in restrictions on future purchases.

    What's included in my order?

    Your order includes the peptide vials only. No additional supplies are provided.

    What payment methods do you accept?

    We accept secure credit card payments, as well as Cash App, Venmo, and Zelle.

    Shipping

    How long does shipping take?

    Orders placed before 2PM EST typically ship the same day (Monday–Friday, and usually Saturdays). Our standard method is FedEx 2-Day, with other couriers available on request. Orders placed after 4PM EST ship the following day, and high-volume periods may add an extra day.

    Where is my tracking number?

    We send a tracking email by the end of the shipping day. You can also find your tracking number on your account profile page.

    What countries do you ship to?

    We currently ship within the USA only and do not offer international shipping.

    Do packages require a signature?

    No, unless otherwise noted at checkout.

    Orders

    Do you accept returns or exchanges?

    Yes. We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery. We'll provide a free return shipping label, and refunds are issued after inspection, typically within 5–7 business days.

    Can I modify or cancel my order?

    If your order hasn't shipped yet, we may be able to change or cancel it. Please email us as soon as possible with your order number.
